With several of our families currently isolating due to COVID symptoms, we want to ensure children have access to learning at home.  WIth this in mind, each phase are posting online learning weekly so your children won't miss out. 

 

For EYFS- you will find this learning on Tapestry.

For Y1/2, Y3/4 and Y5/6 - you will find your learning on Google Classroom. Use your login details from the inside of your reading record book

For the ARb- Mr James will contact you in the usual way via Teams.

 

The learning will include Reading, Writing and Maths activities along with topic and PE. We do not expect you to print out learning. Children can answer on paper or in a notebook. Then you can take a photo of your child's learning and upload to Tapestry/Google Classroom If you would like your child to be given paper and a pencil to take home for this purpose, please ask.  If you do not have access to the internet at home, speak to your child’s teacher. Those children at home should continue with their learning.  They should read extensively each day and practise the rest of the curriculum using the online resources.  

As you may appreciate, it is practically impossible to create a true classroom experience for you to deliver at home, however with the learning provided, it may help you child when they return to school.

We appreciate this is far from an ideal situation, yet we continue to strive to ensure the impact of this situation on the children's learning is minimal. 

We do hope you will support your children with their education in these unprecedented times. Thank you for your support and co-operation. 

 

Don't forget to practice your tables in the Garage. You could also rock out at a Music Festival or on an Arena Tour. Why not challenge your friends?
