Welcome to our Mental Health and Well-being page
Talking about Mental Health and Well-being can be hard. We want you all to know that we are here to help you, your child and your family. We can do this in a variety of ways by letting you know that:
- our Mental Health and Well-being Level 4 trained member of staff is Mrs Stringer.
- we have Mrs Nayeb, who is our Pastoral Support Lead.
- Mrs Stringer and Mrs Nayeb are both Trauma Informed Schools Licensed Practitioners.
- we work closely with the Mental Health Schools Team and they visit the school every Tuesday. Referrals can be made through Mrs Stringer.
- we can provide you with a range of advice, contact numbders, apps and strategies to try.
- signpost you to courses and support groups that are coming up
All you need to do is reach out to us.
You can speak to us in person, via email or by telephone. We are always here to listen.
I hope you find some of the resources below helpful:

“I feel safe talking about things with the Kooth counsellors. Being anonymous helps me to feel comfortable and it’s harder for me to open up to someone in person.”
