Times Tables Rock Stars

Times tables are crucial because they provide the foundational building blocks for more complex mathematics, such as fractions, algebra, and division, and are essential for real-world applications like budgeting and cooking. Fluent recall of times tables reduces mental effort and frees up cognitive resources for problem-solving, increasing speed, accuracy, and confidence in math. This automaticity builds confidence and motivation in students, leading to better performance in exams and a more positive attitude towards mathematics. Click the image to direct you to the TTRS page.
